MADISON Avenue Storefronts
New York, NY
The final images shown here are produced in Adobe Photoshop using high resolution photographs of the existing building. At times Google Sketchup was utilized to match the perspective lines from the existing image.
These visualizations were completed for a real estate agency in New York City as the primary listing image and to convey to their clients how retail storefronts, that usually sit shuttered or empty while on the market, could look once occupied again. MEMORIAL Hospital + VETERANS Affairs Hospital Patient Rooms
Gulfport, MS + Biloxi, MS
The final images shown here were modeled in Google SketchUp, lit and rendered with Maxwell Render and post-production was completed in Adobe Photoshop.
These renderings were completed while employed with Blitch Knevel Architects in New Orleans, LA. The renderings were used to present design options to the clients during the design development phase of full-floor construction at Memorial Hospital of Gulfport and interior architectural renovations at the VA Hospital in Biloxi to maximize the size and comfort of patient rooms.
UPTOWN Office Interior

This was modeled using both Google Sketchup and Autodesk's 3DsMax, lighting and renderings was completed in 3DsMax and post-production took place in Adobe Photoshop.
The rendering above was commissioned by an interior designer who provided the space layout, finishes, and furniture specifications to be included in the final image. Two different schemes were made for presentation to the client, click on the image to view.

654 MADISON Avenue Office Building Lobby
Midtown, Manhattan, NY
The final images shown here were modeled and rendered in 3Ds Max and post-production was completed in Adobe Photoshop.
These renderings were completed while employed with Chandler Pierce Architect in New York, NY. The renderings were used to present design options to the clients during the design development phase of a lobby renovation where the existing security guard desk was set back into the existing wall and finished with wood panels and brass and marble details. Images of the finished space and desk are shown in the images above on the right side.
